Luna Lash has some policies in place to ensure the best experience for both you and us artists! 
By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies so please read through them carefully and thoroughly.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Cancellations are only accepted 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Frequent cancellations and failure to arrive at scheduled appointments will result in less approved bookings. Any cancellation after 24hrs will conclude in half of the fee of the appointment's original service cost. All same day cancellations, last minute cancellations, and no shows will result in a full charge of the appointments original service cost. 

TARDINESS
Arrival after 20 minutes into the appointment will be subject to a rescheduled appointment. Tardiness affects the ability of your stylist to ensure a full and proper application. 

FILLS VS POWER FILLS
Fills are scheduled every 14-21 days. Any fill under our care that is scheduled after 21 days will be scheduled as a power fill. Excellent work takes time and providing less than stellar and hurried lashes isn't something that we want to be known for. A power fill allows us to properly remove overgrown extensions, focus on correct technique, and expertly frame your lashes to your desired shape. Please remember that a power fill is not a punishment, but rather an opportunity for us to provide you with healthy, intentional lash extensions that will be the foundation for future standard fills and a thriving natural lash line.

'LET'S FIX THIS' POLICY
Typically, you will lose 2-5 lash extensions attached to a natural lash per day. If after your full set application you have lost 7+ lash extensions per day without a natural lash attached and there were no oils and makeup residues present on the lash line at the time of application, then we will warmly invite you in for a complementary Fix It appointment. Please notify us within 3 days of the application so we can address the issue promptly. Being notified more than 3 days post application will be more difficult to evaluate and our policy may not be applicable at that time. Our goal is to assess the cause of the premature extension loss, replace any extensions that shed, and review aftercare and product/makeup use for better future results.

MASCARA AND PENCIL LINERS
Be aware of the waxy ingredients in mascara and pencil eyeliner. Frequent use of waxy and creamy eye makeup will result in poor lash retention and overtime, less natural hair growth. If mascara and eye makeup is present in the lash line at your appointments, a complementary Fix It appointment will no longer be applicable.
